longer time after breakfast third option
for your breakfast would be sprout salad
now sprouts you can easily prepare at
home you can use black chili sprout or
any moong dal sprout and add tomato
cucumber do not add any kind of table
salt to this you can add lemon juice
squeezed pinch of black pepper powder
and pinch of roasted jeera powder also
and have your sprouts fresh these are
the three options for your budget
breakfast and coming back to your mid
morning snack for mid morning snack you
can have one cup of freshly brewed green
tea along with that you can have any
seasonal fruit that's available you can
have orange
apple melon watermelon whatever is
available and now let's proceed towards
your lunch for lunch i'll be giving you
two options the first will be a
vegetable dahlia now you can even
prepare oats salia if oats are available

can use normal
wheat dahlia as well but make sure to
add only 50 grams of uncooked wheat

definitely if you cannot have this for
your lunch you can also have rajma or
black chana or white chana in your lunch

chop one whole cucumber for yourself
along with that you can have one whole
tomato and definitely tell you this will
be a very fuller lunch option for you
because you do not need any kind of rice
or roti with this you can even add 100
grams of cooked brown rice if it's
available with you or you can skip it
also and you won't be feeling hungry
till your dinner now let's proceed
towards your mid evening snack coming
evening snack you can have tea or coffee
if you're a tea or coffee lover along
with that you can have five soaked
almonds and two walnuts if it's
available to you if it's not available
then you can even skip it and have 30
grams of roasted peanuts this will give
you good protein content also and help

proceed towards your dinner for dinner
i'll be giving you two options the first
one would be you can simply roast 50 to
70 grams of paneer in a pan with added
spices to this you can also skip salt in
dinner and have lemon juice peas to this

weight simply roast or grill the paneer
in a pan and have it as a dinner you can
definitely replace paneer with 50 to 70
